Resolve Your Case Online

The Maumee Municipal Court is now offering you the opportunity to resolve your case online through our new Online Case Resolution service. With this service, a prosecutor will review your submitted request, negotiate a possible plea deal, and resolve your case online without ever having to appear in court.

The following stipulations apply:

Only non-mandatory court appearance violations are eligible for this service.
Defendants who have had their adjudicated cases sent to collections can request a new payment plan through this service.
If you are represented by an attorney, you are not eligible to utilize this service.
There is a one-time fee of $10.75 for the utilization of this service.

Please be advised that you have the right not to accept the negotiated plea agreement from the Prosecutor. If you reject the negotiated plea agreement, you will be given a date for an in-person hearing at that time.
